(Fuswilath) 41 : 45

And surely We had given Moses the Book, then differences arose regarding It, if the word from your Lord hadn’t been passed, certainly the Judgement would have been taken among them, and indeed they are in never-ending doubt regarding It.

This verse mentions the character of Jews in Medina during the Messenger’s period who were claiming that they were following the Torah. But today, this verse is applicable to Arabic Quran reading Fujjar who have become Mushriks by differentiating into different organizations as explained in verses 23: 51-53; 30: 32, and 58: 19. This verse warns that if the Day of Judgment hadn’t been fixed to take the decision, the decision would have been taken here itself concerning the matters they have differentiated as explained in verse 32: 25. As explained in verse 7: 26, the Fujjar who have made their food rejecting Adhikr—the Confirming Truth mentioned in verse 69: 51—are today in never-ending doubt about Adhikr than any other people. See explanation 2: 113; 10: 17-19; 26: 210-212; 42: 13-14.
